DAY 1

Arrival to Cochin & Cochin Sightseeing

Cochin. Sightseeing includes visit to Fort Kochi, the unique Chinese fishing nets can be seen. You will need a bit of luck to see the fishermen harvesting the produce. Take a short walk through Fort Kochi, and see the architectural beauty of the Santa Cruz Basilica. Proceed to Mattancherry, and get to see the Dutch Palace. The palace showcases the history of the region in the 14/15th century A.D. A walk on the Jew Street will re live the nostalgic memories of the Jew settlers of that period. The Jew synagogue and the cemetery can also be visited, which has inscription from the Hebrew language, and drive to Ernakulum railway station for your journey back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the God’s Own Country

DAY 2

Cochin to Athirapalli

Athirapally Falls is a stunning waterfall located in the Thrissur district of Kerala, India. It is one of the largest and most beautiful waterfalls in the region, cascading down from a height of 80 feet. The falls are set amidst lush greenery and are surrounded by dense forests, making it a popular tourist destination. For those who are short on time but want to experience the beauty of Athirapally Falls, The day sightseeing tour of Athirapally Falls usually starts early in the morning, allowing tourists to witness the beauty of the falls in its full glory.

DAY 3

Athirapalli to Munnar

After breakfast Check out from Athirapalli and proceeding to Munnar.

Athirapalli to Munnar is the 4 Hours Journey and Munnar sightseeing will be planed as per time of arrival in Munnar

DAY 4

Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast proceeding to Munnar Sightseeing. The Eravikulam National Park in Munnar is one of the five national parks in Kerala, with rich flora and fauna, which is home to the famous Nilgiri Thar. The park closes at 4 pm. Entry fee (Indian adult = Rs.120/-, Indian Child between 5 to 12 yrs age = Rs.90/-, Foreigner= Rs.450/-) The Mattupetty Dam / Lake is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Munnar, surrounded by lush green forest. Entry fee Rs.40/- per person. Open from 9:30 am till 5 pm. You may also engage in boating and horse rides [depend on availability] (ranges from Rs.50 to Rs.700). The Kundala Lake / Dam is one of the most picturesque locations in Munnar. It requires no entry fees, but boating activities costs from Rs.100/- to Rs.200/-. Visitors are allowed till 5pm. Visit the Photo Point (open till 8pm), Honey Tree, and Echo Point (open till 7:30pm) with no entry charges. If time permits visit Top Station to get the best view of where valleys meet amidst the fog clouds open from 6 am to 6 pm, needs no entry fee. Overnight stay is arranged at Munnar.

DAY 5

Departure Day

After Breakfast Check out from Hotel and drive to Ernakulum railway station or Cochin Airport for your journey back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the God’s Own Country

• All Special Request like early check-in, late check-out, smoking, non-smoking, specific view room, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining rooms, interconnecting rooms will be strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be Guaranteed at the time of confirmation.
• Some services like Early Check in or Late Checkout can be guaranteed by paying an additional amount to the HotelAny extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest
• Rooms will be Non-A/C at Hill Stations for all packages.

ID PROOF DETAILS

• Hotels are very strict with Child Policy. Please carry the Age Proof of Child so that it can be produced if asked for.
• As per the latest GOI directives, please carry your Original Photo ID with Address Proof since it may be asked during Journey or Hotel Check-in (Driving License,  Aadhar Card, Election Card, Passport or any Government Issued Photo ID)
• It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRI’s to carry their passport with valid visas or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card.
• Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check-in.

FORCE MAJEURE

• We shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
• Quote does not include any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays/ rescheduling/cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots/strikes/war, & etc. the rights to change the property with a similar standard.

SPECIAL NOTE

• The above quote is subject to change and no reservation has been made yet. Hence, rooms are subject to availability.
• The above Offer / Quote are based on specific Hotels & Room Category as mentioned.
• In case any of the above Rooms or Room Category is not available, an alternate option will be suggested with the difference of cost if any.
• Bookings will be confirmed only after receiving advance payment and on the availability of hotels mentioned.
• Prices may change if there is a difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government or a drastic change in Fuel Prices.
• However, once the tour is confirmed rates are Inflation Proof.
• The Eravikulam National Park will be closed to visitors for two months from 2nd February to 1st April during the calving season of Nilgiri Thar. The objective of the closure is to facilitate safe calving and to minimize disturbances to the newborn lambs of Nilgiri Thar.

• Holidays:-During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. We will not be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes for any reason.
• We suggest you check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

• Once you confirm the package and dates of arrival, please inform our sales team We check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will be giving other options with the cost difference
• Once booking is completed you will receive Intimation from our Sales Team.
• Hotel vouchers will be released on receipt of complete package amount.

BOOKING POLICY

• Confirmation of Hotels Houseboats and any other services are subject to the availability.
• Confirmation of the Packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment before arrival.
• 50% of the Tour Value to be paid in advance for Tour confirmation and balance to be paid on or before the cut-off date which will be based on properties selected in the quote.
• Sometimes, properties may ask for full payment in advance for confirmation, which we have to follow accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation Policies will be worked out as per the cancellation policies of each property selected in the quote.
• Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation or Non-Utilization of the same: 100 % Retention.
