4 NIGHTS & 5 DAYS PACKAGE

Day 1: Kochi to Munnar

Arrive at Kochi Airport / Railway Station & drive to Munnar for 135 km where you will reach by afternoon. You can explore the Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Spice Garden on the way. Check-in to the hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure. You can opt for an evening stroll to experience the beauty of nature, Return to the hotel, Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2: Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, move for a sightseeing tour of Munnar seeing the Tata Tea Museum, Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Old Munnar Town and the town market. In the evening return to the hotel for a comfortable night stay.

DAY 3: Munnar – Thekkady

After breakfast and completing the check-out formalities, proceed towards Thekkady.Mapped 122kms far, the route is filled with eye-binding attractions, following which you will arrive at Thekkady by noon. You may opt for the Periyar Boat Ride (entrance fee not included) and visit Periyar Tiger Reserve. Overnight accommodation will be at the hotel.

DAY 4:  Thekkady – Alleppey

After breakfast proceed to Alleppey.  By 1.00 pm check in to the Houseboat and cruise starts with lunch.  Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. While cruising, let your eyes settle for the bowed-down paddy fields, local inhabitants, rustic homes, ancient churches / temples and swaying coconut groves. Dinner will be served onboard, overnight stay in the houseboat.

DAY 5: Alleppey to Cochin

After checking out from Houseboat and moving to Kochi the unique Chinese fishing nets can be seen. You will need a bit of luck to see the fishermen harvesting the produce. Take a short walk through Fort Kochi, and see the architectural beauty of the Santa Cruz Basilica. Proceed to Airport or Railway Station for your return to Home Town

• Check-in & check-out timings of the Hotels / Resorts will be as per Hotels / Resorts Policy.
• All Special Request like early check-in, late check-out, smoking, non-smoking, specific view room, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining rooms, interconnecting rooms will be strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be Guaranteed at the time of confirmation.
• Rooms will be Non-A/C at Hill Stations for all packages.
• Some services like Early Check in or Late Checkout can be guaranteed by paying an additional amount to the HotelAny extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest

ID Proof Details

• Hotels are very strict with Child Policy. Please carry the Age Proof of Child so that it can be produced if asked for.
• As per the latest GOI directives, please carry your Original Photo ID with Address Proof since it may be asked during Journey or Hotel Check-in (Driving License, Aadhar Card, Election Card, Passport or any Government Issued Photo ID)
• It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRI’s to carry their passport with valid visas or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card.
• Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check-in.

Force Majeure

• We shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
• Quote does not include any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays/ rescheduling/cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots/strikes/war, & etc. the rights to change the property with a similar standard.

Special Note

• The above quote is subject to change and no reservation has been made yet. Hence, rooms are subject to availability.
• The above Offer / Quote are based on specific Hotels & Room Category as mentioned.
• In case any of the above Rooms or Room Category is not available, an alternate option will be suggested with the difference of cost if any.
• Bookings will be confirmed only after receiving advance payment and on the availability of hotels mentioned.
• Prices may change if there is a difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government or a drastic change in Fuel Prices.
• However, once the tour is confirmed rates are Inflation Proof.
• The Eravikulam National Park will be closed to visitors for two months from 2nd February to 1st April during the calving season of Nilgiri Tahr. The objective of the closure is to facilitate safe calving and to minimize disturbances to the newborn lambs of Nilgiri Tahr.
• Holidays:-During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. We will not be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes for any reason.
• We suggest you check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention.

Booking & Cancellation Procedure

• Once you confirm the package and dates of arrival, please inform our sales team We check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will be giving other options with the cost difference
• Once booking is completed you will receive Intimation from our Sales Team.
• Hotel vouchers will be released on receipt of complete package amount.

Booking Policy

• Confirmation of Hotels Houseboats and any other services are subject to the availability.
• Confirmation of the Packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment before arrival.
• 50% of the Tour Value to be paid in advance for Tour confirmation and balance to be paid on or before the cut-off date which will be based on properties selected in the quote.
• Sometimes, properties may ask for full payment in advance for confirmation, which we have to follow accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policies will be worked out as per the cancellation policies of each property selected in the quote.
• Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation or Non-Utilization of the same: 100 % Retention.
